歡迎使用「夢境紀錄」（下稱「本應用程式」或「本服務」）。透過註冊、登入或使用本應用程式，即表示你同意受本服務條款（下稱「本條款」）及我們的 私隱政策 約束。如你不同意本條款，請勿使用本應用程式。
「夢境紀錄」是一個讓你記錄、整理及以標籤分類夢境的日記應用程式，並提供由人工智能（AI）生成的夢境解析及每週趨勢報告等功能。你亦可選擇以語音輸入方式記錄夢境；在 iOS 應用程式中，語音會在你的裝置上直接轉換成文字（需 iOS 26 或以上），在網頁版則會透過 OpenAI 的服務轉換成文字。
你必須提供準確的電郵地址並設定密碼以建立帳戶，並負責妥善保管你的登入憑證及帳戶內發生的所有活動。如發現任何未經授權使用你帳戶的情況，請盡快透過下方電郵通知我們。
免費版：
深度版（付費訂閱）：無限次 AI 夢境解析、每週夢境報告（每週最多 2 份）及 AI 夢境插圖等功能。
為維持服務品質，所有方案每日最多可新增 3 個夢境記錄（「無夢」打卡不計算在內）。
深度版訂閱會於每個計費週期（月或年）自動續訂，除非你在下一個續訂日期前至少 24 小時取消訂閱：
所有付款均按 Apple App Store 或 Stripe 各自之退款政策處理。我們並不直接經手你透過第三方平台完成的付款，亦不設獨立於該等平台的退款安排；如需退款，請直接聯絡 Apple 支援，或透過 Stripe 客戶入口處理你的網頁訂閱。
使用本應用程式時，你同意不會：
本應用程式所提供的 AI 夢境解析及每週報告，僅供娛樂及自我反思之用，並非、亦不應被視為醫療、精神科或心理治療方面的專業意見、診斷或建議。AI 解析內容由第三方人工智能模型生成，可能存在不準確、不完整或與事實不符之情況。如你有情緒、精神健康或心理方面的疑慮，請諮詢合資格的醫療或心理專業人員，切勿以本應用程式之內容取代專業意見。
你保留你所輸入之夢境文字內容之擁有權。你授予我們一項有限、非獨家的授權，僅為向你提供本服務（包括儲存資料及生成 AI 解析）之目的而使用該內容。
你可以隨時透過「設定 → 刪除帳戶」永久刪除你的帳戶，此操作為即時且不可逆轉，將一併刪除你所有的夢境記錄、AI 解析結果及每週報告。我們亦保留在你違反本條款時，暫停或終止你帳戶的權利。
本應用程式按「現況」及「可用狀況」提供，不附帶任何明示或默示之保證，包括但不限於服務不受干擾、準確無誤或完全符合你的期望。
在法律允許的最大範圍內，我們對因使用或無法使用本應用程式而引致之任何間接、附帶或衍生損害，概不負責。
我們可能不時修訂本條款。修訂後的條款將於本頁面公佈，並更新頂部之「最後更新日期」。你於修訂後繼續使用本應用程式，即視為同意有關修訂。

Welcome to Dream Record 夢境紀錄 (the “App” or the “Service”). By registering for, logging into, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (these “Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Dream Record is a journaling app that lets you record, organize, and tag your dreams, with AI-generated dream analysis and weekly trend reports. You may optionally record a dream by voice; in the iOS app, your voice is transcribed directly on your device (requires iOS 26 or later), while on the web it is converted to text using OpenAI's service.
You must provide an accurate email address and set a password to create an account, and you are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account, please notify us promptly using the email address below.
Free Plan:
Deep Plan (paid subscription): unlimited AI dream analyses, weekly dream reports (up to 2 per week), AI dream illustrations, and related features.
To keep the service sustainable, all plans may create up to 3 dream entries per day (“no dream” check-ins are not counted).
Deep Plan subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the next renewal date:
All payments are handled under Apple App Store's or Stripe's respective refund policies. We do not directly process payments made through these third-party platforms and do not offer refunds separate from them; for a refund, please contact Apple Support directly, or manage your web subscription through the Stripe Customer Portal.
When using the App, you agree not to:
The AI dream analyses and weekly reports provided by the App are intended for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only, and are not, and should not be treated as, professional medical, psychiatric, or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment. AI-generated content is produced by a third-party AI model and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not factually correct. If you have concerns about your emotional or mental health, please consult a qualified medical or mental health professional — do not rely on the App's content as a substitute for professional advice.
You retain ownership of the dream text content you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you, including storing your data and generating AI analyses.
You may permanently delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account. This action is immediate and irreversible, and will delete all of your dream entries, AI analysis results, and weekly reports together. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, accurate, or fully meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms will be posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date at the top will be updated accordingly. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
